SHIPPING POLICY
We will happily ship anywhere within the U.S. For the potential of international shipping options, you’re welcome to send us a message to see if there are any additional options. Once shipped standard estimated delivery is 3-5 business days or sooner. We offer a Flat Shipping Rate fee of $9.95 unless there is a special offer running.

Processing Time
For all custom requested orders (i.e. Tees, Sweatshirts etc.) you can expect estimated 6- 14 business days of processing. Once processing is complete your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days via standard priority mail; USPS. We do understand that getting your order out as quickly as possible is Top Priority, so be assured that we’re working hard with production to get you excellent , quality products in a timely fashion! For items that are in-stock once your order is placed estimated processing is 1-2 business days for processing and then your order will be shipped. Tracking will be provided within 24 hours of shipping.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We will kindly accept exchanges only for new, unworn products! If your item is a custom piece(s) all sales are final. For all exchanges you are to contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and let us know your concerns or issues with your order. It’s the goal of Jaka’Z Inc. to provide you with an exceptional experience so the sooner you let us know the better. Once contact is made you will be responsible for shipping your order back to us. We will access the product upon receipt and work diligently to get your order sent back out.
